After this, the sprocket wheels of the cassette are released and can be replaced. For loosening it is necessary to use a second tool, a so-called freewheel remover. The loosening direction of the HG sprocket is the freewheel direction. So a tool is needed to stop the cassette. This cannot be done with bare hands.
